Who we are

NexDesk (“we”, “us”) provides custom business software, websites, hosting, and client portals. You can contact us at nexdesk26@gmail.com. We operate from Dubai, UAE and London, UK.

What we collect

We collect information you give us on this website and in the admin or client portal: name, company, email, phone, WhatsApp, project details, billing details, and files you upload for a build.

If you pay an invoice, Stripe processes the payment. We receive confirmation of payment, customer and invoice identifiers, and related billing metadata. We do not store full card numbers on NexDesk servers.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, deliver projects, host websites, send invoices, provide the client portal, and take a site offline if hosting invoices stay unpaid under the terms you agreed.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with processors we need to run the service, including Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting).

Retention

Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as we need them to deliver the work and meet accounting or legal duties, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it. Email nexdesk26@gmail.com.
